Shipping & Returns Policy

Free Shipping

We proudly offer free shipping on all orders to the US, UK, EU, CA, and AUS. For all other destinations worldwide, standard shipping fees may apply.

Customs, Duties & Import Fees

Customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country’s regulations. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Order Processing

  • All orders are subject to a processing time of up to 4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Once your payment is verified, standard orders may take up to 4 business days, expedited orders up to 3 business days, and rush orders up to 1 business day to process.

  • Processing time is separate from delivery time.

Shipping Timelines

  • US, UK, EU, CA, AUS: estimated delivery 3–9 business days after dispatch.

  • Rest of the world: estimated delivery 3–9 business days after dispatch.

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or peak seasons.

When your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

Address Accuracy & Delivery Liability

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly, including street, building, apartment, and postal details. We are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or delayed shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, the delivery is considered complete. We do not issue refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered.

Delivery Issues & Claims

  • If your package is reported lost or missing, you must notify us within 10 days of the marked delivery date at support@modawave.co.

  • We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier, but resolution timelines depend on the shipping company (claims may take up to 30 days).

Returns Policy

We want you to be confident with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days from the date of purchase.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Any items returned damaged, altered, or incomplete will not qualify for a refund.

Non-returnable items: Custom-made, personalized, or special-order products are final sale and not eligible for return.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection of the returned item.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

  • After 24 hours, cancellations are no longer accepted as processing and production may have already started.

Out-of-Stock Items

If part of your order is unavailable, we will ship the available items and refund the out-of-stock product(s).

Reserved Rights

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

  • Deny returns from customers with an irregular or excessive returns history.

  • Adjust shipping carriers or methods when necessary to meet order requirements.

Defective or Damaged Items:

We accept returns for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival only. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please follow the steps below to initiate the return process:

  1. Contact Customer Support: Within 2 hours of receiving the item, please contact our Customer Support team via support@modawave.co. Provide them with your order details, including the order number and a description or photographs of the defect or damage.

  2. Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, our Customer Support team will provide you with a return authorization if your item is eligible for return. This authorization will include instructions on how to proceed with the return.

  3. Packaging: Please ensure that the item is securely packaged in its original packaging or suitable packaging to prevent further damage during the return shipping process. Include any accessories, manuals, or promotional items that were included with the original purchase.

  4. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a reputable shipping service that provides tracking information and insurance to ensure that the item reaches us safely. Please retain the shipping receipt for reference purposes.

  5. Inspection and Refund/Exchange: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to verify the defect or damage. If the item is found to be defective or damaged as described, we will process a refund or exchange, as per your preference. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  6. Item/s marked as "sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.


Important Notes:

  • Returns will only be accepted for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. We cannot accept returns for any other reasons, including change of mind or ordering the wrong item.

  • The item must be returned in its original condition, including all packaging materials, tags, and labels.

  • We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item is found to be tampered with, misused, or damaged due to customer negligence.

  • If you received the wrong item, please contact our Customer Support team within 2 hours of receiving the item to arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you.
