Customers can cancel the order any time before 24h. Please be aware we do not accept payment cancellation after 24h.
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
We will ship to PO Boxes via Deutsche Post/DHL Express/DHL Parcel, DPD/DPDgroup/Geopost, FedEx/TNT Express, Royal Mail, GLS Parcel Service, Hermes UK, Parcelhub, PostNL, Mondial Relay, Asendia, BRT Corriere Espresso, Bpost, UPS/Kiala, Direct Link, Omniva/Eesti Post, DB Schenker/DB SCHENKERparcel, Heyworld, Whistl, Correos. However, expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box. Other carrier options are available and we reserve the right to change carriers at any time.
Processing time
All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic and international orders may take up to 4 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.
After your payment is authorized and verified, Standard orders can still take up to 4 business days, Expedited orders can still take up to 3 business days, and Rush orders can still take up to 1 business day to process. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays.
Shipping rates & timelines
Please note that orders to US, UK, AU, CA and EU destinations may take 3-12 days, rest of the world may take 15 -35 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed, depending on the shipping method selected and final destination of the order.
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
We will use Deutsche Post/DHL Express/DHL Parcel, DPD/DPDgroup/Geopost, FedEx/TNT Express, Royal Mail, GLS Parcel Service, Hermes UK, Parcelhub, PostNL,Mondial Relay, Asendia, BRT Corriere Espresso, Bpost, UPS/Kiala, Direct Link, Omniva/Eesti Post, DB Schenker/DB SCHENKERparcel, Heyworld, Whistl, Correosto ship to most locations. Alternative carriers may be selected at our sole discretion to meet shipping requirements.
We providing free shipping to all orders.
Delivery policy
If your package is lost or missing, you must contact us within 30 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a store credit or reship. ModaWave does not guarantee responsibility for packages that have been reported as “Delivered” by the carrier and will review on a case by case basis.
Delivery claims
If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 10 days email us at support@modawave.co.
We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).
ModaWave does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
Out of stock items
If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock: we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order, issuing a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock.
Reserved rights regarding shipping
While we will make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, in order to protect our ModaWave, ModaWave reserves the right to require customers to use a “common” shipping and billing address in the event we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided.
Additionally, ModaWave reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:
An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Similarly, ModaWave reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees or import duties that may be levied by their respective country's customs authorities. These charges are not included in the product's purchase price or shipping cost and are solely the responsibility of the customer.
RETURNS
Thank you for shopping with us. We strive to provide you with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. In the event that you receive a defective or damaged item, we are here to assist you.
Defective or Damaged Items:
We accept returns for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival only. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please follow the steps below to initiate the return process:
Contact Customer Support: Within 2 hours of receiving the item, please contact our Customer Support team via support@modawave.co. Provide them with your order details, including the order number and a description or photographs of the defect or damage.
Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, our Customer Support team will provide you with a return authorization if your item is eligible for return. This authorization will include instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Packaging: Please ensure that the item is securely packaged in its original packaging or suitable packaging to prevent further damage during the return shipping process. Include any accessories, manuals, or promotional items that were included with the original purchase.
Return Shipping: You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a reputable shipping service that provides tracking information and insurance to ensure that the item reaches us safely. Please retain the shipping receipt for reference purposes.
Inspection and Refund/Exchange: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to verify the defect or damage. If the item is found to be defective or damaged as described, we will process a refund or exchange, as per your preference. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Item/s marked as "sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
Important Notes:
Returns will only be accepted for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. We cannot accept returns for any other reasons, including change of mind or ordering the wrong item.
The item must be returned in its original condition, including all packaging materials, tags, and labels.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item is found to be tampered with, misused, or damaged due to customer negligence.
If you received the wrong item, please contact our Customer Support team within 2 hours of receiving the item to arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you.
